REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional experience in the upscale hotel/catering industry in a comparable position
- Positive charisma, resilience, reliability and the ability to work in a team complete your character

- Experience in the introduction, implementation and control of standards and processes
- Good culinary expertise
- Very good knowledge of hygiene guidelines and HACCP principles
